Client: People First Federal Credit Union

 

Project Details: 

Motivate new members to complete an online survey about their experience opening a new account with People First Federal Credit Union, and improve upon a less than 1% response rate with a postcard alone.

Strategy:

Offer promotional products as a gift to incentivize new members to respond to the online survey. In addition, end the online survey with a printable receipt, which is redeemed at the new member’s local branch. The personal interaction helps solidify the member relationship and allows for a personal “thank you” for completing the survey.

Result:

Response rates immediately jumped to 10.75%, and continued to rise as high as 18%. Response rates now average 11% per month – a more than ten-fold increase.
